So sorry to hear of Malcolm's passing, such a lovely man who my late Dad Graham held in the highest regard,as a former work mate at Hume Industries,a Boxing coach, and a dear friend, they shared a reconnection in the past few years reminiscing over a drink on a Friday night at the Willow Tavern
Dad loved those nights with kindled memories of many young boxers including my brother Tony.
Malcolm will be missed by many.
Much Love to his family
Rest in Peace Malcolm with your lovely Shayne.

Condolences to the Nicol family on the passing of our dear friend Malcom. We will miss his company at the Willow Park tavern Friday nights whilst doing raffles for his boxing club. Many colourful discussions were had on topics ranging from politics to coronation Street always ending with fish and chips from Stads, R.I.P Mal. Jenny and Brian Davies.

On behalf of the Board and team of West City Boxing, we would like to share our condolences with the Nicol Family. Malcolm was a legend to the sport of boxing and his dedication and commitment to the sport is a legacy.
He has always had a cheery word, encouragement and support for the youth we work with and our Coaches at tournaments. His dedication to the young people he has worked with over the years is a tribute to the kindness and commitment he had for his community.

I much admired Malcolm for the work he did with young boxers over countless years. He never failed to be on the phone to me most Sundays with results from his many trips with his lads to far-flung tournaments.
