RATUMAITAVUKI, Maciu Gaunavou (Matthew), of Palmerston North, formerly of Fiji. - 05/01/1935 - 03/07/2013. Died at home peacefully in the presence of his beloved wife Ro Silo. Father to Vula, Nancy, James and Jesse (all four of whom are deceased), Patty, and Eunice. Grandfather to Taina, Matthew, Sam, Niko, Kayla, Jesse, Mereana, James, Emily, Edward, Eli, Isaac, Jacob, Tandia, Breahnna and Jamie. Great grandfather to Tai, Matty and Aaliyah. Loving fatherin-law to Paul, Debbie, Eric and Mike. Maciu is fondly remembered for his faith in Christ, abundant generosity, leadership and incredible work ethic. We mourn the loss of a great man, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, brother, tukai, momo. 'Romans 8:28.
