Maadi RICHARDSON Obituary

After a sudden illness, Maadi fought a determined fight but sadly passed away peacefully on Friday 12 December 2025, aged 84 years, surrounded by her three girls. Maadi was adored by her husband, Spike Richardson (dec); her daughters Denise, Michelle, and Sheryl; her stepchildren Brian, Barry (dec), Terry (dec), Kevin & Karen, and all their partners. She was a deeply loved Gran and GG to her many grand and great-grandchildren.

'There are no words to express how much we love you and you will be in our hearts forever'.

All messages to the Richardson family, c/- 191 North Street, Feilding 4702. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Feilding Friends of Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated. A service to celebrate Maadi's life will be held at Feilding Funeral Chapel, 282 Kimbolton Road, Feilding, on Thursday 18 December 2025 at 2,00pm, followed by private cremation.

Always caring for others, from stockcar days to working for the hospice, especially Pink Ribbon
