Very sad to hear of Lynn´s passing. We have been recalling the camping trips we did with Lynn and Jenny many years ago when our sons were all kids. We always had a great family time together.
Deepest condolences to Jenny, Carl, Jonathan and Braden on your loss.
Sadly we won´t be able to attend the funeral as we are currently in Christchurch, but we are thinking of you.

Remember with fondness Lynn calling in home at 288 Park Road every working day lunchtime. My Mum him and I would sit around the table and yarn, with food. There was always much laughter. Lyn was never short of a joke, quick to smile and had that contagious laugh. Our thoughts and good wishes go out to Jen, Carl, Braden Jonno and the extended Southee family at this sad time. Go well Lynn. Love Cam And Diana Cooper.

So dad to hear about Lynn´s passing. We road and drove thousands of miles together in the 1970s together both on bikes and in cars. First meet Lynn when I was in the Roadrunners motorcycle club when he turned up on a Yamaha RD350 which was a no no in those days to let him ride with us but we all thought the same and let him in. He meet with an accident on his bike and ended up with the metal rod in his leg and on discharge from hospital was told no more motorcycles . Well a couple of months later I was waiting for his arrival in Taupo when I got the news he had crashed again and end result was he bent the rod on his leg . O could go on all day with the good and not so good things we got up to. RIP my friend . Sorry Jenny as myself and Jenny are in Invercargill at the present time so can not attend the funeral but we will certainly thinking of you all

So sad to hear of Lynns passing. But happy I got to talk to him just prior to xmas. We sure had some fun together in the 1970s together being in the Road Runners Motor Cycle Club so road thousands of miles together .Then after a couple of motorcycle crashes and more steel rods added to your leg we moved onto hotting up a Mini minor which you eventually smashed approaching a one way bridge just up the road from your Uncle Alberts who looked after you to avoid another car .Great memories Yammy .( Lynns name to all who knew him in the early days of him riding as his first bike was a Yamaha YD350 )Sorry Jenny we are presently in Invercargill on holiday so can not attend Lynns celebration of life but we both will certainly be thinking of you all.
