Uncle Les, you will be missed so much.
Your kindness, infectious laugh and never ending caring attitude to family and friends was amazing.
You certainly were one in a million and you will live on in our hearts forever.
I will never forget the fun times I had when I visited your home as a child.
Say Hi to Dad and Mike for me.
Love you.

Just a great guy. With different selection policies he could have played for New Zealand. I remember his fiery red hair, his Leyland, his patience and his tremendous loyalty. Fun times playing skittles on rainy days at Manawaroa, club cricket and profiting from his life advice as a trusted mentor. Cannot be there but wish I could. Deepest sympathies to his family and the Palmerston CC family on the loss of Les.
