Kay MARSH Obituary

On Wednesday, 14 February 2024, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Aged 70 years. Adored wife of Bruce, cherished mother of Rachael and Stephen, and mother-in-law of Paul McDonnell. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of John and Glenda Jenkins and Lyn Jenkins (Hastings). Sister of Ruth (deceased), Robyn (Paraparaumu) and Allan (Hawke's Bay) and loved sister-in-law of Joe Benson (Gore). Sister-in-law of Barry Marsh, Barbara Marsh, Fay Hannaford and the late Graeme Marsh. A special aunty to Karl Jenkins and Sacha Larking.

"A truly wonderful woman who endeared herself to so many.

Taken far too soon but no longer in pain."

A sincere thank you to the wonderful nursing staff at Hospice Waikato and Bupa St Kilda Retirement Village and Care Home for the tremendous care they provided Kay in her final days. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Hospice Waikato would be appreciated and can be made online at www.hospicewaikato.org.nz Messages to the 'Marsh Family' can be sent c/- PO Box 1164, Cambridge or in Kay's online tribute book at www.legacyfunerals.co.nz A service to celebrate Kay's life will be held at The Boatshed, 21 Amber Lane, Karapiro on Tuesday, 20 February at 11.00am, followed by private cremation.

So sorry to hear of her passing, remember her well from the Woodville days. Our son's were good friends, I remember her giving me 20 liter buckets for my cowshed when I took on the cows on the Suisted farm she told me not to say anything as Everyone would want them bless her.
