Katherine WHIBLEY Obituary
On 6 February 2016, aged 37 years, peacefully in her sleep at Arohanui Hospice surrounded by loved ones (result of accident). Deeply loved mother of Colton, and adored wife of Paul (Taikorea); much loved daughter of Willie and Joy Dunn (Pahiatua); daughter-in-law of Graham and Maureen Whibley (Hastings); sister and sister-in-law of Elizabeth and Quinten Heap (Manaia); Nathan and Leutu Dunn (Pahiatua); and Lisa Whibley (Hastings). Much loved Aunty to Callum, Tristan, Logan, Noah, Ryan, and Hope. A special thank you to all staff involved with the care of Katherine at Emergency Department Palmerston North Hospital, ICU Wellington Hospital, ICU Palmerston North Hospital and Arohanui Hospice. A service will be held for Katherine at Carnival Park, Glasgow Street, Pahiatua on Wednesday, 10 February at 1pm followed by private burial. katherine was my cousin sshe died in paihiatua in a car crash injuring her son coltin when he was flung out the window and car seat cracked. im very sorry for my dad as he was the most heart broken out of my family and weeping beside paul and coltin . she was kind and loving said my mum in great pain aswell . let her rest in peace. AMEN.

To Paul, Colton & Katherine's Mum and Dad please accept our sincere condolences for the sad news that Katherine died from her injuries. We had been kept informed from the motorcycling community as to what had happened. Katherine was a lovely lady who was always smiling.. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope.
