Joye (Beatrice Mary Joye)
(nee Williamson): OBE
Former Chief Commissioner NZ Girl Guides. Much loved daughter of Laura and John Williamson (dec), and dearly loved wife of the late David. Admired aunt of her nieces and nephews, and great friend and mentor to many.
She changed lives and
gave it her all.
Joye died on August 28th, 2021, and a memorial service to celebrate Joye's life will be held at St Peter's Anglican Church, Ruahine Street, Palmerston North, on Friday 14th January 2022, at 11.00am. A vaccination certificate is required. In the afternoon Joye's ashes will be interred with Laura and David in Feilding Cemetery.
