Joyce JONES Obituary
It is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you of the peaceful passing of Joy (Joyce) Letitia Jones on 6 April 2023 at Wellington Hospital surrounded by her 3 daughters and family. Much loved wife of the late Lester Jones and mother to Karen Jones, Raelene and Philip Did-dell, Gavin Jones, Debbie Jones and Rick Grant (deceased). An exceptional grandmother and great-grandmother to Annette and Brendan Kendall, Haylee and Simon Wrenn, Ken Jones, Tim and Julie Did-Dell, Stacey and David Flowerday, Micah Did-dell, Campbell Jones, George; Olivia and Alex Wrenn, Cameron Kendall, Isaac and Jacob Flowerday. It was Joy's wish to be cremated and for a private family service to be held. Joy was loved by so many and the family would love you to join them for afternoon tea where you can share your memories on Saturday 6 May, between 3-5.00pm, at Sugar and Salt Café, High Street, Dannevirke. In lieu of flowers the family wish for donations to the Dannevirke St John Health Shuttle, and can be left at the gathering.
You are now back in the arms of your beloved Lester.
Rest in peace our little lady.

I looked after Lester and joy during my time with Anglican care,lovely couple. I remember her fond love of cats and monarch butterflies. Rip lovely lady xx
