Sending all my love to Joy´s family. I was Joy´s hairdresser for 5 years but considered her not only a friend but family. She was the most loving, caring, and most considerate lovely lady I have ever met. Breaks my heart to hear of this but know that she will be surrounded by many that love her just as much as I do. Cyndy, Issy and Abby.. What an awesome Mum and Nana, Joy was. I feel very privileged to have spent a few wild weekends in Palmy with Joy, Mike and you Cyndy. I know you will have so many great memories and photos that will keep her memory alive. She was a special lady taken too soon but reunited with Mike, and looking down proudly on you all. I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Joy. Please know that my heart goes out to you all during this incredibly challenging time.

Your mum touched my life in a special way. I will always cherish the special times we shared and the love and kindness she showed me and treating me like her third daughter.

Dear Tani and Cyndy and extended family. I am devastated to hear of Joys passing. We met at aged 15 while working at Zone accounts in 1960. Since then we shared the ups and downs of life, the fun things, the not so nice things and of course tried every coffee shop in town. Goodbye my dear friend Joy. Rest in peace with your soulmate Mike. My condolences to the family. Remember - she is not gone you just cannot see her.
