Dear Peter, Curlie and Linda Tony and Rose and Diane and Dave, your Mum was the best. She always enjoyed the home visits back across the ditch, and I loved going around to say gidday. She has been a great friend with Paula especially, she had soft spots for many, sometimes to her detriment. A wonderful hostess, she will be sadly missed by many. RIP my dear, deepest sympathy to you all.

So terribly sorry to hear of the passing of dear Auntie Joan and so sorry that we will be in Australia on the day of her funeral. She was simply the best and my Dad Doug Burgess ( Joan's 1st cousin) and Joan shared a wonderful friendship in their twilight years. They don't come any better.Much loved by Ken( Burgess) and Joy Hawthorne.( Hope they have got Trackside up there!!
