Deepest sympathy Bill we haven´t seen much of you and Joan over the years but my fondest memory of Joan when she was on the front desk at McKenzie and Collins and always had an ear and advice to all our romantic problems. I know how much you will miss her. Take care

To Bill and Family,
My deepest sympathy on the passing of Joan. I have many fond memories of Mrs McPhail - as she was to me as a boy - and her kindness, and I was very sad to learn of her passing. My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.
