(Massey French Lecturer, Choir Singer) Passed away peacefully on 24th September 2023 at the Palmerston North Hospital, aged 81 years, after a sharp decline in her health. A much-loved wife of Denis (deceased), mother and mother in-law of Derek, Nick and Sarah. Dearly loved nana of David and Rachel. She was a devoted wife and mother and a good Christian role model to all. Her cheerful attitude to life was always amazing to be in the presence of. A special thank you to good friend Judy and the caring staff at Palmerston Manor. There will be a memorial service at 2pm, Saturday 7th October, at Pathways at St Andrew's Church, 388 Church Street, Palmerston North.

Met Jen and Den on RMS 'Rangitoto' en route to UK. Became good friends , a kindred spirit, Travelled on COntinent to Holland,Italy and also youth hostelled around Switzerland. Wonderful adventures!! She was my Bridesmaid on 21st May 1966, at St.PAul's Knightsbridge. So kind and supportive of my other Bridesmaid,Alice, who had recently had BrainTumour removed. So very glad our paths crossed.

On Sundays I met Jenny at Presbyterain Pathways Church, Church St, Palmerston North and I joined Jenny for morning tea. Jenny was so positive and chatty to me. Sorry this tribute is late, as I was overseas for nearly a fortnight and I was hoping to see Jenny on my return. It was not to be..Rest in Peace. Rhona 1.10.23
