Jean Lola (nee Burling):
On 12 May 2022 at Kowhainui Rest Home, Whanganui, aged 94 years. Much loved wife of Brian for 70 years and 1 day. Cherished Mum of Murray, and Chris and Judith. Loved and respected Grandma of David, and Vanessa; Esther, and Amelia. Loved Great-Grandma of Isaac, Lawrence, and Tilly. Much loved sister of Nola, and the late Edna. Friends are invited to attenda Celebration of Jean's life in St Paul's Presbyterian Church, 112 Guyton Street, Whanganui, at 1.30pm, on Tuesday 17th May 2022, followed by interment in the Aramoho Lawn Cemetery.

I'm so sad to hear of Jean's passing. She was a gracious, gentle lady who always made the person she was talking to feel like the most important person in the world. Brian and Jean - you were amazing role models for the family. I'm sorry I cannot be there for Jean's celebration of life, but will be thinking of Brian, Murray, Chris and the rest of the family. So sorry to hear of Jeans passing Brian, I really
enjoyed catching up with you and Jean at Nola and Ronalds about 3 years ago. Jean was my Godmother and I always had a soft spot in my heart for her. I am sorry I will not be over on Tuesday, but I will be thinking of you all at this time. If it is going to be live streamed I shall be with you in that form. Ngaire
