James ROSSITER Obituary

ROSSITER, James Sydney (Jim), of Woodville, on Sunday, March 24, 2013, (suddenly but peacefully) surrounded by his loving family at Palmerston North Hospital, aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Marilyn. Treasured and much loved Dad of Julie and Barry Judd (Levin); Wendy and Phillip O'Riley (Ashhurst); and Hilary Rossiter and Grant Bly (Palmerston North). Special Grandad to Kate; Brenton and Laura, Frazer and Jay, and Mikalah; and Mathew and Alex, and Emma; and loved great-Grandad to Chloe. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Ben and Jeanette, Bill and Alison, Gwen and Ron, Jack, Alison and Rodney, and the late Ken. Special friend to Lyn and Mike, Steve and Anne, Lorraine and Ian and his extended dart playing family. "Forever in our hearts". In lieu of a floral tribute, a donation made to the Rescue Helicopter PO Box 593 Palmerston North, would be appreciated or may be left at the service. Messages to Mrs M. Rossiter c/- PO Box 23 Pahiatua. A service to honour and celebrate Jim's life will be held in his Shed, 15 Oxford Rd, Woodville on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 1pm. Followed by interment at the Woodville Lawn Cemetery. - (Monarch Funeral Home Pahiatua (06) 376 6662).

I am so sad that Jim passed & my sincere condolences to you all. I only knew him for a very short time while we were in Hospital together but I could see how close you all are.He will be missed by many.
