Of Palmerston North, formerly Northern Ireland. Passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Friday, 3 April 2026, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Margaret for close to 60 years. Treasured Dad of David and Nancy, Colleen Appleton, Matthew and Beverly. Cherished Grandad of Christina, Emma, and Alicia; Colin, and Charlotte; Elizabeth, and Caleb; a special Grandad to his 15 great-grandchildren.
