Isabell Constance (Belle):
Born 26 May 1924, Died 7 February 2021, peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital. Loving wife of the late Ron. Special Mum of Dawn, and Jillian (deceased). Loving Nana of Brendon, Shane and Georgie, Sharon and Glenn, and Craig and Courtney. Great-Gran of Stevie-Lee, Emily, Ashlee, Jax, and Mila. Special friend of Ian, and Malcolm (Tonsils). Step Mum to Richard and Chrissy, Brian and Shirley, and Rosemary. A special Gran to Cribby, Kaz, Bailey, Taukaea, and Kiara. Messages to the Cockburn family, c/- PO Box 5191, Palmerston North 4441. A service to celebrate Belle's life will be held in the Terracehaven Chapel, 697 Main Street, Palmerston North, on Wednesday 10th February 2021, at 1.30pm.

Sorry to hear of Belle's passing. What a lovely lady Belle was. I left the Manawatu Evening Standard, came back for a visit & there was Belle making my coffee as I liked it many years ago. She must have had a photographic memory for sure. My love to all her family.

Belle was an integral part of the Manawatu Evening Standard staff over many years. She had your cuppa poured before you arrived for your 10 minute tea break. A lovely lady. Love to the family.
