Ian MOULTRIE Obituary

Our loving father Ian, and beloved brother of George & Muriel, passed away peacefully on Saturday 21st February 2026. A celebration of his life will be held at Pathways Presbyterian Church (previously St Andrew's) in Palmerston North, on Friday 27th February 2026. Please join Linda, Evelyn and Amelia, Ross and Adele, Sam, Fiona & Chris, Archie, Joel and Ella, for light refreshments before his service from 11.30am at the church. The service will start at 12.30pm. Family and close friends are welcome to accompany Dad to Kelvin Grove Cemetery to be laid to rest with Joan, our Mum, directly after the service. Sorry we couldn´t be with you at Ian´s funeral as we had family staying from Scotland.

We have lovely memories of Ian & Joan going back many years.

Ron and Ian played together in the Horowhenua Pipe Band. Ian was Best man at our wedding on 4th June 1960.The men wore their Kilts. We are so sad to read of Ian's passing. We moved to Perth in WA in December 2000,to be near family. Ron 90 yrs old,and I am 87 years.Fond memory's of Ian,May he Rest in Peace.Nola and Ron.
