Herb STENT Obituary

Peacefully passed on 16 June 2024, at home surrounded by family and Jo, his devoted wife of 32 years. Aged 85 years. A dearly loved husband father, grandfather and grea-grandfather. He will be truly missed.

"The home straight has seen him pass the finish line and the grandstand has heard his last college cheers".

Please join the family as we remember Herb on Thursday, 20 June 2024, at 10.00am at the Beauchamp Chapel, 167 John F Kennedy Dr, Palmerston North. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated, and may be left at the service.

Our condolences to Jo and Family on your recent loss of Herb(Herbie).
Our Father ,Gary Walker, has many fond memories of times spent with Herbie at the rugby or the club.
You were both awesome friends to Dad collecting him and dropping him home once he was no longer able to drive and I know he was very grateful.
Sadly Dad is unable to attend but his thoughts are with you all at the sad passing of yet another old mate. RIP
