ADIN, Helen Elizabeth
(nee Hansen):
Unexpectedly, yet peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at Palmerston North Hospital on Friday, 8th September 2017. Dearly loved wife of Kevin Adin of Levin. Devoted and loving mother to Robert (Melbourne) and Joanne Adin (Melbourne). Dearly loved only sister of the late Neville, Graham (England) and Bryce Hansen (Invercargill) and much loved sister-in-law and aunty of their respective families. Beloved only daughter of the late Tom and Ivy Hansen (Balclutha). Special daughter-in-law of the late James (Jim) and Mona Adin (Whirokino). Much loved sister-in-law of Janice Blair, Dennis (Jimmy) Adin, John and Sheila Adin and Lynda and John Timmer-Arends. Loved aunty of her Adin family nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and support staff at Palmerston North Hospital for the wonderful care and respect given to Helen. A service to celebrate Helen's life will be held at The Funeral Home, 545 Queen St East, Levin, on Thursday, 14th September 2017 at 2.00pm, thereafter interment at The Avenue Lawn Cemetery, Levin. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

The Keast Family; Bill, Pauline, Teresa, Rebecca and Virginia remember Helen as the perfect neighbour and a truly lovely person, always genuinely interested in our comings and goings. We will miss the cheery wave and beautiful smile. Our deepest sympathy to Kevin and family.
