Peter Alexander Klug May 29th, 1941 - March 7th, 2022 It is with saddened hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Peter Klug at Credit River Retirement Residence in his 81st year. Beloved partner of Beverley Trounce. Predeceased by loving wife Erna. Ever loving and cherished father to Jackie and Greg and loving father-in-law to Phil and Susan. He will be forever remembered by his grandchildren James (Michelle), Shauna, Chris, and Ashh.
Survived and remembered by dear brothers Klaus and Fred (Erna). Fondly and lovingly remembered by sister-in-law Iris (late Anita), sister-in-law Pat (late Victor) and family, brother-in-law Richard, as well as nieces and nephews both here in Canada and overseas in Germany. Predeceased by parents Karl Georg Klug and Lina Martha Vatcky and loving sister Anita. Peter will be greatly missed by extended family and friends and especially by "IMP 1 and IMP 2". Peter loved snowmobiling, biking, dancing, road trips to Florida and across Canada. He made a mean Caesar salad and loved to teach and play chess. Most importantly, Peter always enjoyed being surrounded in the company of family, friends, and neighbours. In keeping with Peter's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life to honour Peter will be held at the Brooklin Pub on Sunday March 20th, 2022 at 2:00pm located in Whitby.
Peter loved and was loved by so many. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Parkinson Canada. Online condolences may be made at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL
