AX, Graeme John:
At Brightwater Care Home. Loved husband of Doreen. Loved father of Alistair & Melissa, Carolyn, Bruce, Paul & Christine, Teresa & Mike. Loving Poppa to his 12 grandchildren. A service for Graeme will be held at Terracehaven Chapel, 697 Main St, Palmerston North, on Tuesday, 4th September at 10.30am. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Brightwater for their wonderful care and compassion to Graeme and all our family.
