We send our loving sympathy to you all. We remember, with great pleasure the many happy times we spent with Giles ( and , of course Jenny ) first in Feilding and later in and around Rangiora. He was a thoughtful person with a wide circle of friends and many worthwhile ideas and interests and he was a loyal and dependable friend We were fortunate that pir Elderhostel duties took us to their area regularly. Giles ( and Jenny ) were most helpful to us finding gardens for us to visit and generally sharing their local knowledge with us. Giles was certainly a devoted husband, father and grand father who will be sadly missed by the extended family We are sorry that we cant be with you at his funeral service but will be thinking of you all With greetings and love Margery & Brian
