Geoffrey James:
Aged 97, passed away suddenly but peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, 19 December 2015, at Hawkes Bay Regional Hospital. Former Principal of East School, Masterton. Loved son of Agnes Josephine and Charles George. Loved brother of George, Bryan, Tom, Frank, Agnes (Ness) Mills, Walter (all deceased) and Eileen Evans, Rose Farrington and Maureen Harvey. Loved husband of Milly (Amelia nee Knox) and Joan (nee Bennett), both deceased. Loved father, father in law and step father of Graeme and Angela, Jenny, Merv and Lyndsay, Lindsay and Paula, Tom and Charito Bennett, Kevin and Carolyn Bennett. Granddad to his 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral at Rosewood 415 Queen Street, Masterton on Wednesday, 23 December, at 10.30am. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated, either sent to 41 Perry Street Masterton or left at the service. Messages to the Annear family c/- P O Box 2055 Masterton.
