I have many happy memories of Gail when she piped for the Highland Dancing competitors. I will remember Gail with great fondness, her lovely smile, kindness, and great personality. My sincere sympathy to her family.

I have known Gail for over 70 years through highland dancing and band contest we had a lot of fun When Gail gave up the dancing she would come down to the Wairarapa and pipe at the dancing competition. Will miss Gail when my husband & I follow the band to the contests. Thinking of all at this sad time. Coyla & Ralph

I was so sorry to hear of Gail's passing and extend my deepest sympathy to her family. I was Gail's Highland Dancing teacher and back in 1957 Gail was the piper that piped Gordon and I out of the church through the guard of honour on our wedding day so I have a lovely photo of that day and memories of her.

Sending condolences to the Cotton family on the passing of Gail. She and her late husband had many happy times with my parents Mary and Dirk, and my Uncle Allan through the Feilding Pipe Band. I will always remember Gail´s happy personality, her love of her family, and her willingness to help others.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
