Frank LAY Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Woodlands Rest Home on November 6th, 2023, aged 90 years. Son of Too Kwun and Annie Lay of Foxton (both deceased). Brother to Willy and Hartley (both deceased), Eddie, Margaret Kohing and Jeanette Wong. Much loved uncle and great uncle. Special thank to staff at both Coombrae and Woodlands Rest Home for their love and care of Frank in his final years. A private cremation has been held.

Frank was a thoroughly nice man. I didn't know him well, but had some dealings with him and we always spoke on the street when passing.
