Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 4th November 2023, aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife to Paul. Loving Mother of James, Jennifer, Kathryn, Michelle, Warwick and Susan. Loved mother in law, Nana to 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A service for Frances will be held at the Beauchamp Chapel, 167 John F Kennedy Dr, Palmerston North, on Saturday, 11 November 2023 at 10.00am. Followed by interment at Kelvin Grove Cemetery.
