Florence Gertrude:
Of Feilding. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 1st, 2018 at Ranfurly Residential Care Centre, in her 96th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Frank. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Anne and Brian (both deceased), Jane and Robert (both deceased), Mary and Tom Wealleans, Sally, Raymond and Shona, and foster mother of Gerald, and Janine. Loved Nana of 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Loved sister of the late Ted, Jean and Alan. In lieu of flowers donations to Feilding St. John Ambulance P.O. Box 355, Feilding, would be appreciated or may be left in the Chapel foyer. Friends are invited to attend a service for Florence at the Feilding Funeral Chapel, 282 Kimbolton Rd, Feilding, on Thursday, April 5th, 2018 at 1.30pm. Cremation to be private.

We often acknowledge people as being "a legend", Florence Roberts was exactly that. Florence cared passionately for people and the environment. She was a wonderful neighbour - we still call her Churcher Street home "Mrs Robert's house". Rest in Peace Florence.
