Elaine HOPKINS Obituary

Of Palmerston North, formerly of Shannon and Linton. Peacefully on 20 September 2025, at Palmerston North Hospital, following a short illness. Dearly loved wife of the late John. Treasured and loved Mum of Ian, Lynnette, Timothy, and Andrew, and their families. Loving Nana of her 13 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Loved sister of David Baker, Alan Baker (dec). Many thanks to all the staff of Julia Wallace Retirement Village, and Palmerston North Hospital for their care and support.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Cancer Research Trust New Zealand would be greatly appreciated. A service to celebrate Elaine's life will be held at The Beauchamp Chapel, 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North, on Monday 29 September at 2.00pm, followed by cremation.
