Doris PETTIT Obituary

Our darling mother, grandmother and great-granny passed away peacefully in her own home on 5 September 2024, aged 99 years. Much loved wife of Cyril (deceased). Treasured mother of David (deceased) and Diana, and Dianne. Cherished grandma of Nikki and Tony, Toni, Anna and Karl. Adored Granny of Sean, Kate, Thomson, Ashton, Fletcher, Elliot and Heidi. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Arohanui Hospice, District Nurses and Lavender Blue carers. In accordance to Doris's wishes a private cremation has been held.

Your long time neighbours say a fond farewell Doris, and send a huge thank you for the role you and Cyril played in our family's lives over the years, including attendance at several kiddy birthday and street parties. You have been a wonderful inspiration to us and we know that you will be thankful now to be able to rest in peace.
