Lyn, Stuart, Lance, Annika, Mikaela and Keegan wish to express their gratitude to everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy in the sad loss of our father and grandfather. Special thanks to Richard and Graeme for your help with the service, to Llew for your delivery of the service and to our extended family, relations and friends who travelled to be with us at this sad time. To everyone who has helped in so many ways, please accept this as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. To the lovely staff at Ranfurly Manor, Star 1 and Arohanui Hospice and to the doctors and nurses who treated Don with dignity, we are truly thankful.
