Donald JONES Obituary

I haven't seen Don for exactly 50 years-since I was a school boy-but he was my boss at the tote at the regional race courses-and he really was very kind and tolerant-and I sometimes gave him cause to tear his hair out in frustration, but he was ALWAYS patient and kind-so rest easy Don, my friend.

I lost a great friend

A very special friend who shared his talents with others. Don was the stalwart of the Palmerston North Lunch Club for many years. He did want to live to be 100 but that was not to be. Rest in peace my friend,
