Trish. We are so sorry to have just learned of your loss of Don. The Agricultural Industry meant that our paths were entwined and Don was such a successful participant. Our Hodder & Tolley days are still some of our fondest memories. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time. RIP Don

To Trish and family. Its hard to put into words the many attributes of such a fine man. Cherished memories of our friendship - the great fun and banter and competitive cricket games at Cooks Beach - the organisational skills of Camp Father Don - and the mentoring wisdom offered so genuinely and readily. One of the best ! Kind regards Brian and Ruth Ahern

Our sincere and heartfelt condolences to you, Trish and family, as you farewell Don. Glen has known Don since he was a little boy and Don was working for Bev and Graham. We both have the utmost respect for Don who remains a true gentleman in every sense, and all-round good guy. As both a boss and friend, we feel very privileged to have had Don in our lives. We know he will be leaving a huge gap, and we wish you strength as you navigate this change. Our love and best wishes to you all.

Our condolences to the Forgie family over the devastating loss of Don. They all need to be extremely proud, as Don was an outstanding NZer. One of the nicest persons we have had the pleasure of meeting. Highly thought of in everything he was involved in. Business, Community, Sport, Schools etc etc.
A proud family man. We are sorry to bid farewell to this champion individual we saw little of but always valued our association highly.

Condolences to Don´s family. I was very sad to hear this news yesterday. I knew Don during the Palmers Gardenworld / Mitre 10 days & we were both on the board of directors for the Nursery & Garden Industry for many years. We shared many good times & a few drinks together over the years. I respected this passion for the Industry & zest for life. May you rest in peace. Kind Regards Graeme Ross, Retired in Palmerston North & ex Palmers & Mitre 10
