McGREGOR, Dirk. - Dirk passed away peacefully at Ranfurly Manor, Feilding, on May 30, 2014, in his 99th year. Dearly loved husband of Mary for 63 years. Much loved Dad of Bev and Bruce Rennie (Howick), Helen and Mark Nitschke (Waituna West), Bruce and Karen McGregor (Wellington). Treasured Grandad of Gareth and Lynsey, Nicola and James, Peter and Chanelle, Stephen and Jenny, Rachael and Matthew, Joanna and Luke, Sarah and Josiah, Emma and Jono, Micheal and Natasha, Izac and the late Johnathon, and special great-Grandad of Amaya, Jordon, Levi, Danika Jake, Cooper, Fletcher and Faith. A service to celebrate Dirk's long life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, North Street, Feilding, on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at 11.30am, followed by interment in the Feilding Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff of Ranfurly Manor for their dedicated care of Dirk.
