Dirk HOLTSLAG Obituary

Of Foxton. Unexpectedly at home on Monday 28th August 2023, aged 79 years. Dearly loved husband for 57 years of Gina. Much loved father of Tom, Jo, and Marcel and Lisa. Cherished Opa to Sean, Taila, Flynn, Lily, Eva and Ruby. A service for Dirk will be held at the Reformed Church of Foxton, Main Street, Foxton, on Monday 4th September, at 11.00am, followed by burial at the Foxton Cemetery.

To Gina and family.
I'm sorry to read of the passing of Dirk (or Dick as I knew him as). I had always hoped to see him again but did not know where to find him.
I worked with him at WCC when he was the supervisor of the Drainage workshop and was also involved with the Electricians institute which he got me into. I remember him as the best boss I ever had and a good friend as well. Unfortunately we lost touch when I went overseas for a while and later found you had moved away from Wellington.
