Dennis STONE Obituary

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family Sunday, 22 March 2026, aged 83 years. Much loved and loving husband of 61 years to Patricia. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Denise and Malcolm, Colin and Caroline, Christine and Kerrin (deceased). Proud Grandad of Stephen, Lauren, Rebecca, Ryan and Anna. Loved Great Pop Pop of Nathan, Lucas, Georgia and Billy. A service for Dennis will be held in the Cotton's Chapel, 697 Main Street, Palmerston North, on Friday 27th March 2026 at 1.00pm. My heartfelt condolences to Pat and family at this sad time of Dennis' passing.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Dennis was a great guy, who I had a lot of time for, when I would drop by for a chat or when Dennis would help me saw some Oak timber on his saw bench in his garage.
Our family has known Dennis over many years and who has done numerous joinery jobs for us at Te Matai Road and I will miss his talented joinery skills plus our friendly banter over the years.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time, Dennis was a great man. Rest in Peace my friend
