On Wednesday, 14 June 2017, peacefully at home, aged 82. Loved son of the late Jack and Elizabeth Norris (nee Johnson). Loved father and father-in-law of Debra de Jong, Fiona and Tommy Downs, and Philippa Norris. Loved Grandad of Nathan, Jonathan, Luke and Grace de Jong, Matthew and Thomas Downs, and Chantelle Norris. As was Colin's wish, a private service has been held. Messages to 55 Bristol Square, Lower Hutt, Wellington 5010.
