MUIR, Catherine Betty:After a long illness, fought with bravery and determination, Cathy passed away in her bed at home in Morayfield, Queensland, surrounded by her loving family on the night of Monday 9th May 2022, aged 53. Loving Partner of Mark Walls. Beloved eldest daughter of Glennys and Geoff Muir (Katikati), loved sister of Dianne, Helen and Jane, loved Aunty of Kadin and Luca and Great-Aunty of Kodie. Loved Step-Mum of Jeremy, Daniel and Cody, Nan to Amber, Chase and Cole. Cathy's life will be celebrated at a Funeral Service and Cremation in Brisbane, on Friday 13th May at 2.30pm, and at a Memorial Service in Palmerston North at 2.00pm on Saturday, 4th June in the Awhina Room, Caccia Birch House, 130 Te Awe Awe Street.
