DODDS, Brian Stewart. - "Ridden his last race." Passed away peacefully at Julia Wallace Rest Home on Saturday, February 9, 2013 in his 76th year. Soul mate of the late Alison. Adored father and father-in-law of Craig and Tracey, Michael, Campbell and Jan. Loved granddad to Ethan, Abbey and Poppy. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Richard and Heather, and of the late Raymond. Loved brother-in-law of Cynthia and Trevor. Join Brian at the birdcage, St Peters Church 229 Ruahine Street Palmerston North, Wednesday 13 February at 2.00pm for a celebration of his life. Followed by a private cremation. My dad was amazing and touched so many people throughout his life! The 72 Wellington cup was a fantastic win but it was his ride on Brazil in the Desert Gold Stakes in 68 that was his favourite!
