Beryl was my mum's best friend - another Beryl!. They has so much fun together and the shared love of gardening. When Mum's mobility got worse thru broken hip and other health problems, she would come are and do mum's garden. They had so many wonderful trips together and travels to Australia and Noumea?? When mum left us with a bad stroke, i stayed on at Mum's unit for a few days and invited Beryl and some garden friends to come and take what they wanted out of her garden. Beryl was mum's rock. I was lying here today and thought I must google Beryl. It' all came back as been offered a wheelchair accident house in the area. I have been bedridden for just over a year and had been working on recovery. I was thinking of Mum and thought off Beryl. She was younger than Mum by quite a few years. Mum was 85 when she passed in 2014. I find photos of the " two Beryl'" regularly. She was a true friend to Mum and they had so many laughs together.

It is with a broken heart that I send my condolences to all of the family.Beryl was an amazing woman that I grew to love over her almost 20 years of coming to Canada every summer to be with my father. Her love of fishing and golfing along with her spectacular gardening skills, incredible stamina and love of life will be with me forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
