Antoni JUCHNOWICZ Obituary

On 23 February 2024, Antoni died peacefully in his sleep at Ranfurly Rest Home, Feilding, aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Wendy (deceased). Loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Fiona Juchnowicz, Paula and John Eyres, and Rachel and Hamish Cotton. Loved and cherished Dziadzio of 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Requiem Mass to celebrate Antoni's life will be held at St Brigid's Catholic Church, 4 Monmouth Street, Feilding, on Thursday 29th February 2024 at 11.00am, followed by a burial at Kelvin Grove Cemetery. To all staff at Ranfurly, thank you so much for the dignity and compassion you have shown in caring for our parents. It has been a blessing to be part of your family for the last few years.

I First meet Tony and Wendy at their Pharmacy in Pahiatua...I lived in Woodville at the time it was 1971 and the chemist in Woodville didnt have what I needed...travel to Pahiatua and never looked back...Move to Hamua...in 1981 .Every time I went for help... There was Tony taking time in his busy Pharmacy for a talk...so very kind a helpful...And oh that cough mixture boy did it work. Tony you where one of this worlds gentlemen...so kind and giving...you have more than earnt your Rest with your lovely wife Wendy.
