When I first started at WHS, I noticed that Anne was one of the staff who would always contribute to discussions. As time went on, I learned that her contributions were always worth listening to.

And, dear Anne, who will recommend Nordic thrillers to me now?

She is remembered by her colleagues in Wellington as a passionate, strong, kind and extremely knowledgeable teacher, friend, mother and wife.

A reminder to enjoy the absolute preciousness of life itself today.

Our thoughts are with her family at this time.

Just saying Hi
Hi Anne

A staff email has just been sent that we all have to meet in the staffroom at interval, I'm kind of thinking I don't want to go in so I thought I'd email to say hi. So Hi! My learning conversations went well on Tuesday, I had 16 appointments and 14 turned up BUT I managed to get one done in Roopu yesterday and I'm planning on doing the last one on Friday at Roopu time. You would be so proud of me Anne, you taught me so well and helped me heaps. Wish you were back here with us and doing what you do best and that is Caring about our students especially our maori students, you had so much time for them. Any way Anne I'll be seeing you in the future sometime.

Anne will be sorely missed by the studnets and staff at Wellington High School. She worked tirelessly for the students who needed the most help and many owe passing Level 2 or 3 to the effort she put into them. Anne was a wonderful colleague who supported other staff and made many friends. I will miss her friendship, her advice and support. Kia Kaha e hoa. Henry.
