Alexander Charles:
Alex passed away Wednesday December 8, 2021 at Ranfurly resthome, surrounded by love. Thank you to the staff of A wing at Ranfurly and the send off by the staff and residents. Alex leaves his son Karl and daughters Andrea and Harley, Wife Pamela and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private cremation was held for Alex with a memorial to come in due course when his family can travel to celebrate his life with us.
Alex will remembered and dearly missed by many

Many stories involved Alex and Pam, coming via your wonderful sister Elaine,,,,plus your precious Mother,,,who played a huge roll in who I am today,,,plus your Dad,,,,still today I have recipes in my kitchen , that date back to Paisley Street, and tricks to survive the hassles of life,,,,,I first remember Ferguson Street, guess as a country kid I was allowed to stay as Myra Bayne, our farm neighbours ,,,vouched 4 your family..she was only daughter of Child Bros...your cousin´s...I can remember the huge line up of trucks out the back,,,,the everything yard,,,and your mum being just like my grandma, who lived in Fitzherbert Avenue, supporting two elderly Uncles in your house,,,,just a pity that fantastic generosity is not seen at all today,,,, always a home with a heart....room 4 one more, May the Jennings, way of old, extend plus the love of horses!!!!!
