Albert Noel (Albie):
On Saturday, February 13, 2016 suddenly as the result of an accident, aged 47 years. Beloved husband and soul mate of Lynn. Much loved Dad of Sylvannus and Gwen, Dale and Jordin, Nadine, and Michael. Loved son of Shirley and the late Bill. Loved and respected son-in-law of Mike and the late Jean Capenerhurst. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Graeme and Moira, Suzette and Errol, Sharmaine and John, and Bobby and Sharon. Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Albie's life in the Eulogy Lounge, Wanganui Race Course, Purnell Street, Wanganui on Thursday, 18 February 2016 at 11.00am to be followed by interment in the Aramoho Lawn Cemetery, McNeill Street, Wanganui.

Dear Family of Albie, you won't know me but I worked under Albie in his Tranzit road ceiling gang for 3 University summers in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Albie was my first proper boss and he really looked after me in the gang, as I was a bit of a fish out of water initially as a clean cut skinny white boy! I have never forgotten his influence on me (he had a similar influence on my sister, Lucy, who is attending the funeral) and I was so, so saddened to hear of his tragic death. Sorry, I can't be there as I am now based in London as a structural engineer, but I will be ever grateful for Albie's influence on me in my early working years and wouldn't be where I am today without him!
