Aaron was my friend and mentor. When overwhelmed with hundreds of emails, his advice to me was delete them all, if it's important, they will re-send. I followed Aaron's pragmatic advice many times and my life is better for having known him (and those important emails were re-sent!). Aaron was a kind soul and is part of our proud ANZAC family. I'm utterly shocked and devastated for your family's loss.

Aaron helped me understand Onion Theory. At the core is bitter loss. Loss is always there, but the positive layers which wrap around the onion core add sweet distance. Aaron's early death will always remain at the heart of my onion, but his positive influences are forever contained in the many layers surrounding it. Always remembered, never forgotten.
