I tried to contact Kirsty while I was home in NZ and was grieved to hear she died. I have known her since Tawa days and always went around to visit her and the cats, see her latest knitting, and have a good old catch up. I miss those times and will always remember them vividley. My love to family and friends. I will be thinking of you on 27th as I arrive back to Israel.

So shocked to read this very sad news in this morning's Manawatu Standard. Lots of memories of my former neighbour in Kelvin Grove.

I lost touch with Kirsty for many years and was delighted to find her again through Facebook a couple of years ago. It was clear the essence of her being was still the same: her radiant faith, her warm caring and her friendliness. She was such a warm person. I wish her family and close friends the comfort of loving memories.
